What does Benedictine and Brandy taste like?

Benedictine (diluted with) & Brandy contains over 20 plants and spices and is around 43% proof - so a very hard drink indeed. That said, it is fairly mellow considering its high alcohol content and would be suitable for a light drinker if consumed in moderation - perhaps with food.

Benedictine taste medicinal and strong. It warms you up right away just like Brandy, without the medicinal taste. Sometimes, sips of either can be used to aid in sleeping.
