How does an espagnole differ from a demiglace?

An espagnole is one of the base sauces in French cuisine, as is a demiglace, but the espagnole is not used directly on food whereas a demiglace may be.

For this cake,ieavethe temperature at 350 and turn the pan around about half way through baking which usually about 50-55minutes.But it depends upon the oven.
