The biggest difference is that Jehovah Witness's don't celebrate holidays or birthdays whereas catholics make a very big deal about christmas and easter.
Catholics pray to saints like mary and earthly priest. And jehovah's witness are very legalistic. Then the jehovah's has a separate bible in their edition.
