Does AMD make a 5000 speed processor?

no they didn't make a 5000mhz processor but they build a processor whose name is amd 5000+ and 5600+ but there clock speed is 2800mhz you can overclock the processor inorder to make it run on 5000mhz core speed

Yes. AMD has made a 5000+ model Athlon 64 X2 processor, as well as several processors in the 5000-6000 range. AMD has more recently moved away from the four digit rating system and into three digit model numbers for it's newer processor lines. The Athlon 64 X2 5000+ can still be found for sale online however.

I read about AMD making a 5000 speed processor and based on comments I read AMD is still on the top of the list in the 64 Bit computing and Intel isn't making any grounds in usurping its rival. The good side of the AMD 5000 speed processor is that it is much cooler than the previous ones.
