How do I replace internal battery in a processor?

Processors don't have internal batteries. The battery you're thinking of is a silver, coin-sized thing clipped to the motherboard. Just pop it out and buy a new one.

To replace the battery, open the case, touch ground to discharge static electricity, find the battery having a shape like a small coin and steel color, larger than wrist watch batteries - insert new one by taking out old one with a screwdriver or similar tool.

A processor will not have an internal battery, it will be powered by the mainboard. If you mean the CMOS battery, then this is like a large watch battery, replacing it will simply mean locating it on the mainboard, unclipping it, then putting a new one in in its place.

The best way is to follow the *service manual* from your laptop manufacturer. Determine the make and model of your laptop and try downloading the manual from the mfr.

Well, if it is not working due to battery. You can simply get a new battery and install it. You have to uninstall the main frame.

There is no such thing as a battery inside your processor. You might be talking about the mainboards battery that is used to keep the time when the system is unplugged from power. Usually that only results in the system resetting the system clock to some time in the past on every power up.
