Yes, but it should be "baby" asprin. Check with your veterinarian for dosages and offer a food with the asprin to make it gentler on the stomach.

Depending on the situation, always consult your vet before giving any human medication to an animal. Generally, a half of a baby aspirin can be given to a dog. Again, even giving 1/2 an aspirin depends on what is wrong with the dog and it is always best to consult with a vet before doing so.

Yes aspirin is okay for a dog in a small dose. This must be given in relationship to it's body mass. Usually it would be best to give a baby aspirin which can serve as a mild pain reliever.

Yes, but you have to be careful. Don't give aspirin without consulting your vet first because some dogs don't handle it very well.
