In short, yes. The Plymouth Voyager repair manual states that a the oil should be changed every 7,500 miles. This is much less often than the usual 3,000 miles.

If you have a Plymouth voyager and a repair manual you should be able to change the oil filter, but I would just recommend having a mechanic do it.

The manual will be able to show you where the oil filter is as well as the plug for the oil drain pan. You can go online for the rest.

Yes, the service manual will tell you how to change the oil in your voyager. It should also tell you what kind of oil to use, how much it takes and what kind of filter is needed. Make sure you allow all the oil to drain out and when taking off the old filter make sure the seal comes with.
