It is pretty hard to replace an ac compressor since it is a pretty large piece for your car. You will also need special tools to complete the project.

First, locate the compressor under the hood. Remove the parts that are in the way of the compressor. Then remove the pump with the appropriate tools and install the new compressor into your vehicle.

This is a job better left to the pro's. If you are feeling game. unplug the battery. Remove water pump and batter. Ac pump will be able to be removed.

Remove the other accessories that are in the way of removing the Compressor. Evacuate the A/C System. Remove the pump. Reinstall new pump and all accessories. Recharge the system.
