The face on the $10,000 bill is Salmon P. Chase, the 25th Secretary of the Treasury under President Lincoln. He is one of three non-presidents to be so honored.

Salmon P. Chase, a U. S. senator and treasury secretary under President Lincoln, is the face on the bill. He is actually the first person to impliment the printing of money in the United States. He is also only 1 of 3 non-presidents on bills. The other two are Alexander Hamilton on $10 bill and Ben Franklin on the $100 bill.
