Get one that is with a reputable brand from a dealer that also has a repair or maintenance shop, because many brands don't build very many and they are next to impossible to get parts for.
a 125cc Moped is rather small in terms of power. They are not capable of carrying any reasonable sized rider other than a child. The 125cc is a basic starter moped.
