What should be included in a living together agreement?

It's entirely up to you. Do you want to detail responsibilities for rent and utilities? Include whatever is necessary to cover your concerns.

I would consider each paying half the bills and the grocery bill would be included. I would also include things like helping around the house maybe or something to that effect.

Any agreement concerning living together should specify responsiblity for the household expenses, including but not limited to utility bills and food. Ownership of property purchased together should also be addressed.
