I prefer to grow climbers against a wall in a rectangular pot with a wood trellis along the wall. Some prefer round pots with stakes for anchoring support stings upon.

First, we need to make sure that the container should be deep enough, support the root system and good drainage system. Some weaker plants grow better in containers. Climber plants can be grown in a simple mud filles pot.

Make sure container is deep enough to support a good root system. Also, a good drainage system is required. Regular repotting, pruning, nutrition-these are needed more for container plants. Weaker plants do better in containers.

The best container is one that has plenty of room for upward growth, and one that has some sort of a trellis or fence on it so the climbers have something to attach to.

Climber plants can be planted in a simple pot made of mud alongwith the boundary wall of your house so that the climbing stems can be fixed with the walls by the help of some small strings.
