You should combine lifting weights or body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups to improve your strength with exploding sprint uphill running to for endurance, but in different days.

A good boxing workout is to get one or two other people and take a 50-100lb heavy bag and play catch with it, by throwing it back and forth, trying to knock each other down.

A boxing workout should be very specific with baseline core elements involved. The boxers normal workout should start with stretching and flexibility routines. Next in the routine should be the weight training which should be slow and deliberate. Cardio and Aerobics would come next with focus on stamina. Before moving into the ring for technique training each area is addressed

A good boxing workout would be jog 2-3 miles first, go into the ring and spare with an opponent for 10 minutes, then hit the heavy bag for 5 minutes.
