Eating less spicy food , more vegetable and fruits and also the food which contains more carbo hydrates and protein. It is very strengthen food for the teen agers

Stay focused on health rather than weight loss. Try dance workouts or kickboxing, something quick-paced and fun. Concentrate on healthy food rather than calorie counting.

A diet and eating plan can be combined. If your teenager stays away from fatty foods, french fries, hamburgers, chicken nuggets and eats more of fruit, vegetables, yogurt, a palm size of meat and limits rice and pasta, they are on there way to beating better. Eat breakfast. And run.

Most commercial diet plans that you would be familiar with do not offer plans for teenagers because they are developing. Our daughter uses the internet to find diet plans that she can do. The best one that she has used is the low carbohydrate diet because it allows her to eat lot's of different types of normal food.

People in teen age have an ability to digest anything. But make sure that don't exceed the limit. I mean everything in limit is bearable.
