You must take your cat to a vet immediately. Glazed eyes can be a sign of serious nutritional deficiency which can lead to permanant conditions like blindness and organ failure. Your cat may have special dietary needs which are not being met by the cat food, or your catmay not properly digesting and absorbing the nutrients in the food.
