You take it to the vet. Just as you would take an injured human to a hospital, you take an injured cat to a cat hospital, a. k. a, a veterinary hospital.

Bring your cat into the vet or animal hospital asap. In the meantime, keep your cat routine normal, quiet and comfortable as possible. Isolate the cat in a small room if need be. Apply Dr. Bach's rescue remedy lightly to the ears and perhaps spritz some remedy (or a pheromone spray) lightly in the area to induce a comfortable feeling.

What you should do to a injured cat is call a vet and see if you can bring the cat there, if you can't then try to treat it yourself.

I would take the cat to the vet. They know more about injured cats than I do. From there I would do whatever the vet said. I hate to say this but sometimes cats are injured to the point of having to be put down

If you have an injured cat put her in a safe place like abox and get her to a vet.

It really depends on the extent of the injury. For a broken bone, take the cat to the vet. If it is something minor like a cut, do nothing.
