A tumor could be the cause of the bump in the eye or a cherry eye could also be the cause but a vet can tell for sure which one it is.

It could possibly be an infection. Keep the area clean and wash with regular intervals. Dog's usually feel itchy if there is an infection and try to scratch the area to relieve of irritation, try and control this. I would suggest you to consult a vet before treating it with anything.

Your dog may have bumped his eye and it is swollen. It could be a small eye cyst, if it does not go away in a couple of days I would say a trip to the vet. The vet can give eye drops if it is a cyst. A lot of dogs get small cysts that will shrink without treatment.

A bump on the eyeball should be examined by a vet. Dogs commonly get eyelid margin tumors or skin tags that are generally harmless.

The bump on your dog's eye could be a simple deposit of calcium. It could also be a tumor so it is advised your dog is seen by a vet.

If you dog has a growth of any kind on or near his eye, he needs to be seen by his veterinarian. The bump could be a growth that will affect his vision, an infection, or a tumor.
