Skin numbness can be linked with a number of things but the most related with this would be any neromuscular disorder or nerve disorder. So if you feel any numbness consult a neurosurgeon.

Skin numbness can be caused by many factors. Mainly, circulation of blood, problems with the nerves or burned areas on the skin. If blood is not being circulated, the areas are not receiving any oxygen and so the senses begin to fail leading to numbing.

From my perspective,you must have almost no sports and your overall circulation is not good,meanwhile you do not have much nutritious food.Vitamin E helps a lot.

There are numerous causes of skin numbness. One of the most common causes is related to diabetes micro infarctions of your nerves. This typically occurs in a glove and stocking distribution. The most worrysome, but treatable cause may be Leporsy. I would see your doctor for an evaluation if it persists.

Most probably,your blood circulation is not very good and you need to have more sports.Be sure to exercise regularly and have a good diet.There are also some possibilities of brain/neck/heart disease.
