The blower motor stopped working. Check the fuses and replace any blown ones with new fuses. Then check the blower motor relay. If these things don't fix it, the blower motor probably needs to be replaced or repaired.
Sometimes you need to add Freon to the air conditioning unit. I'm not 100% sure about the heat portion, but I know about freon. After adding freon to the unit you should be fine
