What can I do if my beta jump out of the water?

Put him back in for the meantime and put some kind of interim cover (with holes so oxygen can get in) on the tank until you can find one with a proper lid, or at least one with very high sides so he can't jump out.

I've had betas do this, and the only solution I found was to keep the lids on (or mostly on when I'm around) and therefore physically prevent their attempted suicides.

If you love your fish, and you happen to be present, pick your beta up very carefully and place the fish back in the water as soon as possible. If you are rough with it, or if you don't happen to be right there when it happens, it probably is going to be too late for your beta.

You can put a lid on the tank. If you mean beta plural, they are probably jumping out to escape fighting with each other, and you should separate them before they kill each other.
