First, make sure you are getting enough sleep. Second, try an alarm clock that plays a sound (either a nature or music) that is pleasing. Also, try to have some natural light enter the room to help wake you up.
Don't drink any caffeinated beverages before you go to sleep. Don't spend time in front of any screen, be it computer or tv - you'll have a hard time falling asleep and getting up as a result. Set two alarm clocks, this way if one fails you have a backup.
