I would say the most typical skin condition on the hands is dry skin. This can happen especially in dry areas. Continual use of hand cream helps this condition a lot. Another typical condition would be overly sweaty palms, also known as "clammy hands". The condition can be particularly embarrassing.

Hands can get age spots which are caused by sun damage. Hands can suffer from dry, cracked skin which may require thick cream to heal. You can also get warts on your hands.

The most common skin condition on the hands is contact dermatitis. It usually takes a perscription cream to get rid of it.
