The Child's Pose is a good stretch for your back. Go to a kneeling position, then sit down onto your feet. Now lay your hands on the ground above your head and you should look as though you're diving into a swimming pool. Stretch your hands slowly out until you feel a good stretch.

I suffer from lower back pain as well. Start with a set of either 5 or 10 pound dumbbells. Stand with your feet together and the ends of the dumbells touching. Try and touch your toes with the weights at a comfortable stretch. Remain there until loose and it helps stretch.

The pose called Downward Facing Dog used in yoga can help. The pose is also called cat stretch. Indeed, cats do it. If you can not do the pose correctly you can place your hands on something higher instead of the floor. Then you could make your way to the full pose.

You may do "the extension". Lie on your stomach with your feet extended all the way and with both your arms you push your upper body up to form an arch.

One stretch that you can do is standing up straight and then raise your arms towards the sky. Lengthen them upwards while your hands are clenched.
