It sounds like maybe you need a new mattress. Maybe you are sleeping twisted or something. Most back pain that happens in the morning comes from a mattress .

You should try changing matresses, your's may be too soft or hard and not provide the proper support for your back causing you to have pain in the back. Try stretching before you go to sleep and that may help also.

The cause of your back pain is most likely a combination of the type of mattress or bed that you are sleeping on the position in which you are sleeping. To alleviate some of your pain and avoid sleepless nights, investing in more comfortable bedding might be a wise investment to consider.

It sounds like your spine might not be in line when you're sleeping. Try sleeping on a firmer mattress to help keep your spine straight.
