Two water pills are Diurex and Aqua-Ban. I believe the active ingredient in Aqua-Ban is parabom; I know that is also in some medications like Midol and Pamprin.

Aqua-Ban and Diurex are very popular brands that are available over the counter. However like many medications the are known to deplete electrolytes and strip the body of ions. Combining the herb Uva Ursi leaf extract made with green tea is an excellent diuretic without all the nasty side effects.

One of the best water pills that one could find in any drugstore, with no prescription necessary, is simply a cranberry capsule or tablet. This supplement acts as a natural diuretic and should not cause any bad side effects to the user. It also helps one to maintain urinary tract health.

Lots of the questions on this site could be answered by the phamacist in your neighborhood pharmacy. Don't be afraid to ask them things, they will likely be more than happy to share their knowledge with you. Pharmacists actuallly know more about medication than doctors!

There are many water pills out there, for example, diurex, alli, expel, puritan's pride has one that is easy to remember because it's call the water pill. Another pill is dexatrim and cortislim. Don't forget slimquick and relacore. If you want to go all natural, there's the herbal phentermine.

Some of you that are taking prescription drugs shouldn't be asking advice over the internet about combining drugs due to one drug having adverse effects on the other. If it is an absolute all natural is the best. Again consult your doctor.  add a comment
