Any exercises that build up your quads, hamstrings, and calve muscles will help you jump higher. Squats or leg press can help build upper leg muscles, toe raises will help build up your calf muscles. your calf muscles are essential to jumping higher. jumping rope will help build all leg muscles and is a great form of cardio,

Deep knee bends are bending at the knees, keeping back straight, crouching down as low as possible, and slowly rising. Toe raises involve raising up on tips of toes and lowering down - repeat slowly and steadily. Also, toe raises with weights, jumping rope, stomach crunches and deep bend jumps.

Doing almost any sort of weighted squat will give you an increase in your vertical jump. I would say to incorporate back squats, front squats, Romanian deadlifts, and calf raises.

Skipping will be develop your jumping skill. Keep your body flexible. For flexibility you should do the exercises containing up and down, to and fro movements.
