In a diabetic person, the sweat smells like vinegar. balancing blood sugars and showering daily at least two times a day can control this. so please check your blood and urine sugar.

Candida overgrowth (yeast) can be the blame for this and you can swab the skin of hydrogen peroxide and if it smells of vinegar, that could be the problem.

It can be caused by a yeast infection on the skin. That usually requires a visit to a doctor for treatment. It can also be caused by some kidney conditions.
