Is it normal to have an HSG test after an ectopic pregnancy?

Yes. Sometimes the Doctor wants to check and make sure that you do not have a twin in the uterus, and that all the ectopic pregnancy has been removed.

Yes, this is normal. An HSG will test to make sure that your fallopian tubes are not blocked. During an ectopic pregnancy, the embryo forms in the tube.

yes it is very normal to have a HSG after an ectopic pregnancy, it is used to make certain that there is no lasting damage to the remaing tube and to verify that the tube the pregnancy in is okay.
