First, check with your electricity provider to find out how deep the cable should be buried (typically 18-24 inches). Then, plan the route of your run making sure to avoid existing wires or gas pipes. Then dig your trench, bury the cable (without conduit), and cover with dirt.

Cable rated as direct burial doesn't require conduit, except under vehicle pathways. Bury it at least 12" below grade. Use conduit or pipe to protect against shear at any entrances, exits and transitions in the run, and for the entire length under any vehicle paths. Always have the cable and protective tubing horizontal, vertical tubing will eventually cut the cable.

Always use armoured cable rated for direct burial. Dig a trench to the desired depth, usually 1m or more. Lay and level the bottom of the trench with the designed bedding material, usually sand. Spool the cable onto the bedding, then backfill with the designed layers of materials, usually sand, select fill, cable protection tiles, marker tape and cable markers.

First check with your electricity service provider for the rules and restrictions regarding the depth to bury electrical cable. Check for sewage lines or any electrical lines before burying the cable. Dig trench and lay cable at depth ranging from 18-24 inches depending on your municipality rules.

Direct Burial Cable, is just that, it can be directly buried in the ground. It does not have to be ran in conduit, just dig the trench to the correct depth lay the cable in and cover.
