No teacup breeder is reputable. When a breeeder breeds such small dogs they are creating puppies with all kinds of health problems such as hypoglycemia and hydrocephalus.

Best thing is to check around your local and state breeders. Never look for breeders online as most of them are puppy mills. Talk to people that you know or see with the breed your looking for and ask them where they got there pup from.
