A blister will heal faster if it is kept clean and isn't irritated. If a person has a blister on the bottom of their feet they should disinfect it daily and protect it with a bandage.

One easiest way to help a blister on the bottom of your foot to be gone is to use a sharp object and poke it. Then squeeze the liquid out of the blister and use an alcohol swap to wipe the liquid off. Then apply medicated oil into it. Do not put a plaster over it.

Clean the area with soap and water. If the blister is painful when walking, drain it by inserting a sterilized needle into the side of the blister. Do not remove the loose skin around the blister. This could lead to infection. Cover the area with a bandage, but allow to heal in open air when possible.
