The skin inside your nose is just as the skin on your face. If a cell, or pore gets clogged then the bacteria will build up in it. Thus causing the pimple, these can also be inside the nose and surrounding a hair follicle. Best idea is to put a dab of peroxide on it.

Pimples can form in any hair duct when there is adequate bacteria present and a food source (in this case dead skin cells and oils) for them.

Some people get acne pimples just inside their nose. These pimples occur as a result of oil ducts in the skin becoming blocked by dirt and trapping other particles as well. The skin just inside your nose is as vulnerable as the skin on your cheeks and nose to developing pimples in this way.
