ok so you clean it with a saline spray/solution or uniodized salt mixed with distilled water, no saltier than tears. soak for 7-10min. the healing process depends on ur body but shouldnt take more then 2 months. this coming from someone with multipule piercings. not leaving it out for long

Do NOT I repeat;; DO NOT use any kind of saline spray/solution to clean any piercings. It does not work! Especially H2Ocean;; it can irritate it even more. {{I am a Professional Piercer. Trust me on this.  add a comment

I was told by my piercer to use neosporin and it seems to work well, I've already changed mine I'm only two weeks out

If you want it to heal the best, and the most efficent way, then you are going to need to use UNSCENTED {{gold}} dial liquid soap to wash the outside of it, and peroxide on a q-tip to swab out the inside. *coming from a Professional Piercer. No Salt!!!!!

A nose piercing will usually take 2 weeks to a month to heal. Then it is safe to take the ring out. However you should put the ring in once in awhile to prevent it from closing.

Estimates for the initial healing period for a nose piercing are approximately 6-8 weeks. During this time, you must ensure that you always wear your piercing. If you fail to wear your piercing, you will risk the chance that you piercing could close or you the area may become infected.

i got mine done a couple of days ago, clean it with rock salt and water first then a couple of drops of teatree oil to sooth it, wear a plaster at night to stop it getting knocked and will help quicken the healing process :)

if your piercer has any sense at all, they will use a nose screw piercing, not a nose bone or a ring. If you have a nose screw, you do not need to have a plaster.  add a comment

In order for a nose piercing to heal, it will take a couple of weeks. Even though the piercing is healed, I doubt that you will want to take it out for fear that your mom will find out because then the hole will close.

use a spacer. that's what I have to do at school. it's clear and plastic so you don't have to worry about it closing. :)

It will take about a month for the wound to heal. Heat oil add little turermic and apply this with cotton bud on the wound at night. Trumermic works as antibiotic. Avoid eating whole grams for a period of 15 days. This will help you to control pain and in healing process. Tell your mom and take her into confidence.
