Before you sue, you nee to be sure which party is at fault. Once you file your insurance claim, then you can sue if they are at fault, but you will only get the amount of their insurance coverage.

Your insurance company will likely sue her insurance company. If you sustained serious injuries, you should contact an attorney to pursue the matter.

In most jurisdictions suing someone for having an affair is extremely difficult. You obviously have a cause of action against her for running into with her car. If the action was intentional you may have be able to collect punitive damamges. She may also be subject to criminal prosecution if her act was intentional.

The gender of yourself or the person you are suing has no effect on whether or not you can sue. Each states laws are different as to what you can sue for and how to go about doing that. Check with a local attorney or county clerks office.
