Can you suggest one or two book titles that offer advice about bringing up boys?

The best one I can recommend would be "Raising Boys: Why Boys are Different - and How to Help Them Become Happy and Well-Balanced Men," It's a great read, and the author is both engaging and quite funny. The advice is practical, and actually offers solid suggestions, as opposed to a lot of books that are more theory than application!

Check out these titles on Amazon. You can read reviews of each book. "Bringing Up Boys" by James Dobson; That's My Son: How Moms Can Influence Boys to Become Men of Character by Rick Johnson; "Raising Cain" by Dan Kindlon and "Boys Should Be Boys: 7 Secrets to Raising Healthy Sons" by Meg Meeker
