Might I suggest that you check out the book The Ultimate Prize: The Stanley Cup written by Dan Diamond, James Duplacey, and Eric Zweig. It also includes photographs of the cup. The only down-side to this book perhaps is that it was published in 2003. Alas, that's my only suggestion for you!

One of the best books I have come across on the Stanley Cup is called "The Ultimate Prize" by Dan Diamond, James Duplacey and Eric Zweig. I am a big hockey fan and I really enjoyed it. It tlooks at the Stanley Family and Cup history from the earliest days up until 2002 (it was published in 2003).

"The Ultimate Prize: The Stanley Cup" by Dan Diamond is a good choice as well as "Quest for the Cup: History of the Stanley Cup Finals, 1893-2001" by Jack Falla.
