You can sell unused stamps. Collectors are interested in limited edition stamps, special issues, etc. Check with one of the many stamp collecting sites online.
Selling unused stamps actually means reselling those stamps because originally these have been sold to you and this is not authorised by law. You can only use them for yourself.
