Yes you can bath a 2-month old puppy, but only when necessary. Mazke sure the puppy is towel dried completely before allowing to run outside again.

Of course, but make sure that you use a shampoo that doesn't irritate his eyes. Oatmeal shampoos worked really well for me. Also, because it's a puppy you may want to try and bath it in the kitchen sink to make it easier for both of you. And don't forget to make sure the water isn't too hot or cold.

Yes - but you have to be careful about the shampoo that you use. Don't use anything too harsh or that is for fleas, dry skin, etc. Also, if your dog is really scared, stop.

If you are in a very warm climate, the dog will not be going outside, you have lots of warm fluffy towels to dry him off with and you have gentle puppy shampoo then yes you can bathe him. It's not recommended generally but if you are careful you can.
