This is a rather technical question that should be followed up with the Judge Advocate General or equivalent. You want to be careful not to violate the article concerning carnal knowledge with the UCMJ.

If you're talking about separation regarding a marriage, there are no "special laws. " The military expects its personnel to conduct themselves in an acceptable manner, abiding civilian law at all times as well as respect for spouses and children. Personnel is expected to maintain responsibility for family at all times.

It may not be a law but the only ways to get separated from military legally without repercussion are for medical reasons. If you are separated from service for service connected disabilities you will be free from consequence.
