Will white wash remove stains and graffiti?

I need to get my house ready to sell.

No... the best way to remove stains and graffiti on walls would be to prime the walls first with a good primer and then paint over it. White wash is not a paint, therefore it will not properly cover the stains and graffiti

Sorry, but it won't. If the walls are already white or painted, apply lacquer paint onto the graffiti, same color as the emulsion you will use as finish. Otherwise, on brick it is cheaper to have graffiti removed than painted over with proper paint. You'll only make it worse otherwise.

As far as a white was removing all stains is very unsure to me; same with fraffiti. It may or may not. I would clean or repaint.

I would think it would. It is worth a try at the very least. I'm sure that any kind of paint would remove it though. Your best bet is to just try it and see if it works you have very little to lose if it does not work. Good luck.
