In my opinion, no. This is because highlights need to have some relation to a natural event (e. g. , the sun) and blond streaks in red hair is not natural.

If it is not a huge contrast and you choose a lighter reddish blond highlight, the result could be stunning.

If you keep the general color scheme, usually warm with red hair, and keep the highlights slightly lighter then the rest of the hair, it should look great.
