Ecsema isn't likley to keep you out of the service as long as you are able to provide medical documentation that it is controled. THe army of course will look into it themselves to make sure that its solely a skin reaction and nothing more but you will have to provide all your medical history.

No. So long as the eczema is maintained properly by washing with prescription shampoos, it does not prohibit a person from functioning within the army.

If eczema is related to other skin conditions it could be a factor in disqualification from the army. Eczema could be a symptom to a more complicated disease. If there is a sensitivity of the skin, there could be other sensitivities that could include internal body issues.
