Blueberries are an acid loving plant. Such acid loving plants can be helped with the acid in the coffee grounds. In addition, it will also give your plant a shot of nitrogen which will keep the leaves green.

Coffee grounds are excellent fertilizer for any crop, including blue berries. Just toss it onto the soil around the plants, and you've fertilized them. It is recommended that they have cooled to room temp first.

Yes, they certainly will. Used coffee grounds are high in nitrogen and will help keep more moisture in the soil.
