Will allowing a dog listen to Bach help to calm some of his anxieties?

My dog gets very anxious over the smallest things. I know that listening to Bach helps some people calm down but will it help a dog.

There is no evidence that listening to chamber music or symphonies will calm a dog. Like people, dogs get neurotic over different things, often without any logical reason. The best thing to do to help your dog is to speak to him in a calm, soothing voice and pet him when he's upset. Patience and kindness are essential.

It sure can! Anything soothing can help the dog especially when they associate it with feeling good. Give the dog a treat every time you start to play the music.

You could try it. Some things that work for one dog will not work for another sometimes. Just make sure he's really comfortable, that should help with his anxiety.
