The court has determined that the case cannot be heard without prejudice, for whatever reason, in Atlantic County. The case is moved to Camden for a fair hearing.

Other than a conflict, there might be other reasons. If the family has relocated to Camden County, if it was improperly venued in the first place, if Camden County services would be more appropriate....

There is apparently an issue with hearing the case in Atlantic county. The case was moved to afford it the opportunity to be heard by non-prejudiced parties.
