He could have an allergy to something he has come in contact with such as grass or flowers or dust. He could have inhaled some dust or dirt or something that he is trying to get rid of.

Dogs can have seasonal or environmental allergies, just like humans. For this, you can administer a child's dosage of an antihistimine like Benedryl. If you have boarded the dog recently, it might also be kennel cough, which is more like a hacking sound.

Dogs can be affected by allergies just as you and me. See if the vet recommends any medication for him. There also could be something up his nose causing him to sneeze.

Your dog could be sneezing for a variety of reasons. Dogs get sick and the normal cold like people do. You could try some cough medicine if you think this is the case. if it doesnt improve or gets worse take him/her to the vet!
