This could be a sign of either a urine infection or something else going on with the urine tract. Consult your doctor and make sure he drinks plently of water.

Leaking urine can be a serious condition in a dog if left untreated. The cause can be linked to bladder infections, bladder cancer, cystitis or even bladder stones. The dog also could be incontinent, walking your dog at specific times will help your dog get used to urinating when it is appropriate.

When dogs get excited sometimes they can't control their urine. Males especially will use urine to mark their territory. Getting your dog neutered will probably make this problem go away. If your dog is neutered there might be a medical problem and a visit to your vet is in order.

Your dog may have a bladder infection. You should take him in and have him examined by a vet. The vet will likely test his urine to see what's wrong.

What do you mean by leak? Are you saying that when he walks around he just pees? Or is it more of an excitement thing?
