The unit is either too low on refrigerant gas which can cause freezing and doesn't allow for proper drainage, the drain is clogged or the drain pan has a hole.

An AC unit makes condensation. Empty the drip pan regularly or, see if you can run a thin, flexible hose to the drain or a sink.

Well if it is leaking into the pan and making the floor wet, that indicates a big flag. Well, the thing is your vent has been damaged and needs to be replaced as soon as possible before your air conditioner will return to normal operating conditions. Good luck with this.

Your condensate line may be blocked. Dripping into the drip pan is normal, but the water (condensate) should drain through a pipe (condensate line) to the outside.

Have the unit serviced by a proffessional, The drain needs cleaning or it is plugged up. If you think you can clean the drain go for it , make sure you try not to hit the coils, they can be damaged easily. change the filter regularly. add bleach in pan.

If it is leaking into the drip pan and the floor is still getting wet you probably have a hole in the drip pan. It may have rusted through and your best bet is to just go buy a new drip pan from your local do it yourself store. It is the quickest fix to your problem.

Water entering the drip pan is normal, as moisture is removed, but it should be exiting via a drain in the pan which is probably clogged. Clear it.

Basically this indicates that there is a problem with your filter. There is a leak in the filter. Thus it needs to be repaired.
