Your gasket could be blown. Maybe even your piston rings are shot. You could have put the turbo on wrong or the new one is a bad part. I get them sometimes from dealers. You should look to see first where the oil is leaking from and check the last time you had an oil change.
If your car is burning oil after a turbo replacement it is usually due to the turbo not being installed properly. There may be a loose connection or maybe even just a simple oil leak. Double check the turbo and all parts.
Bad piston rings. Excessive engine wear - Rings, Valve guides, Valve seals could be possible reasons and not the turbo factor only. blue smoke from tail pipe, a possible indication.
The turbo replacement that you put in your vehicle needs some time to get used to your vehicle. Once it gets used to it you will not have any more problems.
