Why is life so hard at times?

Life is cyclical. In other words, life cannot always continue at the same pace. There is this thing called change. Sometimes life is smooth, but change happens, and tough and painful things happen. You must get through them, not fight them, because eventually things will come around the other way.

We all face ups and downs; this is just part of existence. Life is only hard, however, if we allow it to be. Look to yourself to fix the problem.
